We manufacture custom-made furniture for you, and if requested, in your desired color. All furniture is pre-assembled in our factory in Berlin and delivered to you.

Stainless steel furniture - CNS 1.4301
Design and quality features:
Stainless steel furniture is made of chrome-nickel steel (CNS), material 1.4301, the surfaces are brushed in grain 400 satin finish. This material features high quality and durability. High surface hardness guarantees resistance to scratches and impacts, as well as very high resistance to chemicals. The smooth fine grinding provides the stainless steel with a beautiful appearance and offers high protection against contamination.
Stainless steel furniture of the ProLine Stainless Steel series is assembled from individual parts. The design, shape, manufacturing and processing of all parts are designed for durability. The double-walled cabinet design with overlaying fronts, as well as the continuous rubber seal on doors, drawer fronts and movable fronts make the stainless steel furniture a high-quality product.

Steel furniture - powder coated
Design and quality features:
Steel furniture is made of electrolytically galvanized, powder-coated steel sheet. The fused plastic coating has great resistance against chemicals and therefore meets the high requirements for decontamination in hospitals. Due to its composition, it is antifungal, easy to maintain, as well as resistant to common disinfectants and has a high surface hardness while maintaining good elasticity. Steel furniture of the ProLine Color series is assembled from individual parts and is therefore particularly well protected against corrosion. Design, shape, manufacturing, coating and processing of all parts are designed for long life. The double-walled cabinet design with overlaying fronts, as well as the continuous rubber seal on doors, drawer fronts and movable fronts make our steel furniture a high-quality product.

Continuous EPDM hollow chamber sealing profile with vulcanized corners, resistant to disinfectants, meets the highest hygienic requirements.
Narcotics vault
integrated narcotic vault mounted in the cabinet corpus in accordance with the applicable regulations. Can be mounted in under cupboards, high cupboards and Wall cabinet.
Built-in refrigerator
integrated medicine refrigerator with trailing door. Outer door with continuous seal and lockable as standard.
Furniture handles
standard CNS U-handles with a length of 128 mm, other designs possible according to customer requirements.
Corpus
smooth cabinet inner corpus, double-walled, denoised and made in sandwich construction. Material thickness at least 2 x 1.00 mm.
Slot grid
to accommodate shelves without top rails with integrated self-closing seal that prevents humidity from entering the cabinet.
Hinges
self-retaining, maintenance-free hinges, two-dimensionally adjustable, opening angle 90-220°, full interior use guaranteed from 90° door opening angle..
Drawers
one-piece shaped tray body with inserted back panel and attached panel via self-retracting, maintenance-free telescopic full-extension runners.
Sluice sinks
Sluice sink covers made of CNS or mineral material incl. bucket rack and screen. Standard DN100 optionally with integrated rim flushing.
Workplace lights
hygienic luminaires with plastic covers featuring a prismatic structure, thus anti-glare, standard light panel 50-100 mm.
